Portfolios dedicated to bridging narrative to policy & programming across multiple displacement contexts.
In Kenya, our Story to Action Lab is currently in development. Our work here will address the intersection of conflict and climate displacement, including the devastating impact of regional flooding on female-headed households.
We are actively building the groundwork and training frameworks required to support displaced single mothers in the region. Rather than rushing into the field, we are taking the time to identify the right grassroots partners whose priorities align perfectly with our focus on ethical documentation and systemic empowerment.
Once we have established strong, aligned partnerships, we will launch our collaborative writing, oral history collection, and education modules. Check back as we establish our fieldwork presence.
We are currently seeking on-the-ground, refugee-led, and grassroots organizations in Kenya to co-lead our Story-to-Action Lab. If your organization is aligned with our mission to empower displaced single mothers through ethical documentation, education, and action, we would love to connect.
